The IX. Amendment Project is about waking people up to the fact, they are the MASTERS of government and not its servants. Their public servants are their equals, with limited delegated “powers” emanating from the people. They are bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution, not to ignore, pervert, corrupt, distort or interpret it. The oath they take is to simply “support” it.
The IX. Amendment reads: “the enumeration of certain rights in the,Constitution shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.”
The “RIGHTS” of the People, always trump delegated powers. The IX. Amendment speaks of rights, not powers. The Constitution establishes three separate branches of government, each with their own powers. The Legislature, Executive, and Judicial. Notice, these Branches are delegated limited “Powers” and not “Rights.” Again, the IX. Amendment is found in the Bill of Rights, and not in the main body of the Constitution, which speaks of “Powers.”
The people expressly and explicitly reserved all rights to themselves, and only delegated certain limited powers to their public servants. They did not delegate dictatorial powers in the form of “Executive Orders.”
